Tools needed:
- breadmaker
- food scale
Directions:
- Get out your ingredients:
- water
- olive oil
- sugar
- salt
- instant dry yeast
- flour
- optional: 1 tbsp dill or oregano (they are too light to measure well on the scale)
- Put your loaf pan on the food scale, set it for grams, and zero it (hit the TARE button)
- Follow the chart slowly add....until your scale says....slightly warm water364golive oil400gsugar410gsalt420gflour930gyeast938g
Combine the following in the breadmaker:
- 1 and 1/2 cup slightly warm water
- Another 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/4 cup flour (Spoon into the measuring cup and level it. Do not scoop or you'll compress the flour and end up with too much.)
- 2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
